I'm not sure what I was expecting when I was taking this, but it was probably close to what I imagined. It was a wholly uncomfortable 15 days...strange and loose BM coming (and coming often!) at the most inopportune times to go along with bloating and some mildly intense (if there is such a thing) discomfort. It certainly works as advertised.
After ending the program (3 capsules a day x 15 days), BMs were more regular and felt more complete.
Satisfied with how it ended up, but I don't know if I'll be itching to try it again next year. If you do it, just make sure to have facilities near to hand as much as you can. When you got to go, you got to go.

As with the other Watts Power Acai Supplements, this cleanse formula works as intended.
Did not cause embarassing discomfort or bloating like others. A powerful cleanser I would refer to others...
