For years I've had problems with constipation and IBS. Because I was afraid of taking over the counter pills, and not talking about it with anyone that had the same problem, I suffered. Over the years I found things that helped for a while, but never totally took care of the problem. This winter not even realizing I was constipated, as the fiber I use, does help, I ended up in terrible pain for days. It got so bad I couldn't sleep. I spent the nights walking the floor. After 4 nights of no sleep, my husband called our friend and gastroenterologist, who sent me to the hospital for a scan. They were looking for a kidney or gall bladder problem. But what they found was a stuffed up colon full of gas and waste. When my husband was telling his assistant what happened, she told him that she had the exact same problem about a year ago and that she found Oxy-Cleanse and it was a miracle. She fed ex"d me a bottle the next day and now all my problems are gone.

I bought this because I thought it would be similar to the Aerobic Life Mag O7 colon cleanse. This stuff is awful, while you do get occasional bowel movements its not a good cleanse and it does cramp the stomach a little. I will be throwing this away and ordering my Mag 07.
