Dose -Patient Type A: The sluggish bowel...about 98% of Americans, those who need help getting their bowel working more frequently. Start with only 1 capsule during dinner. This works best when taken with food. The next morning you should notice an increase in your bowel action and in the amount of fecal matter that you eliminate. The consistency should also be softer. If you do not notice any difference in your bowel behavior by the next day, then that evening increase your dosage to 2 caps. Continue to increase your dosage by one cap daily until you notice a dramatic difference in your bowel. Most people need only 2-3 capsules, but a few have needed over 30 capsules. It has taken most of us years to create a sluggish bowel, so let's be patient for a few days and increase by only 1 capsule each day. This formula can be taken for a week, a month or the rest of your life. Continue to use this formula until you are having one bowel movement each day for every meal you eat. This is by far the most effective product of it's kind on the market. I have used every existing form of laxative and intestinal supplement and this one works perfectly and rapidly and every time. No other product comes close.

About 1 month into my wife's pregnancy, she became quite constipated. Our sister in law has used this product in the past and we did the research and found out that it is safe for pregnant women to take. She takes one about every other day, and it does the trick. I (the husband) was mildly blocked up and took one, and it gave me diarrhia, so I can only recommend this product to people who have problems, not as an every day colon cleanse for people who are regular.

I love this product. Very cost-effective, too. Contrary to another review, I do not feel any burn from the pepper. It is not habit-forming to the gut, as opposed to most other products with some of the same ingredients. I have to add that it gives some people stomach cramps initially.

Beware of buying any Dr. Schulze Products! They will spam your E-mail, I have unsubcribed from them for about 20 times now. I bought one thing 2 years ago and they ignore my requests to take me off thier list.
