Product Description
Dosage for Patient Type A: The sluggish bowel type. This is about 98% of Americans, the ones who need help getting their bowel working more frequently. Start with only 1 capsule of this formula during or just after dinner. This formula works best when taken with food. The next morning you should notice an increase in your bowel action and in the amount of fecal matter that you eliminate. The consistency should also be softer. If you do not notice any difference in your bowel behavior by the next day, or if the difference was not dramatic, then that evening increase your dosage to 2 capsules. You can continue to increase your dosage every evening by one capsule until you notice a dramatic difference in the way your bowel works. There is no limit. Most people need only 2-3 capsules, but a few have needed over 30 capsules. It has taken most of us years to create a sluggish bowel, so lets be patient for a few days and increase by only 1 capsule each day. This formula can be taken for a week, a month or the rest of your life. Continue to use this formula until you are having one bowel movement each day for every meal you eat. Between 2 and 4 bowel movements a day is normal.

The product works very well, no question about that. The only problem is that you might find it's hard to stop taking it. That could just be me though.

I started using Formula 1 several months ago. It worked superbly. There is no discomfort at all. I buy it online now because my local health food store stopped carrying it. I've read reviews that it isn't supposed to be that good and tried what the reviews suggested and was sorely disappointed and immediately went back to Formula 1. I think colon cleansers are products you just have to try out until you find the one that works best for you. But please take caution: follow the instructions closely.

I want to say that after reading a few reviews claiming this was a "fake" product I bought it directly from the source vs. a third party. I took one tablet with my dinner and within three hours I felt a warming sensation in my chest area and a minty taste in my mouth so I knew something was happening. It kicked in the next morning and well kept kicking in several times throughout the day. I was really surprised how quickly it worked for me considering I only took one pill! In fact I was a little hesitant about taking a pill the next day so I spaced out the pills and now just take 2 a week and I am fine! I can see if this is truly an issue for you simply taking one to two pills a day will keep things moving!

Success! Two days in a row. I just received this product two days ago. I took one capsule with a full dinner two nights ago and yesterday, much to my dismay, upon waking up I pooped! A big one, relief at last! Last night I did not take anything, yet again today upon waking up there was movement again. I know it says with each person dosage will vary but for me I will probably just require one capsule every other day. I was a bit skeptical as I have tried many products, most which caused extreme cramping for several hours prior to success. With Dr. Schulze's formula there was little to no pain, only the feeling of movement. I completely believe in this product and would recommend it to anyone. I take a medication that causes constipation and this seems to be the much anticipated solution. Thank you Dr. Schulze!
