I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism two years ago. Of course as like many patients you can go years without knowing that you are sick. One of the worse symptoms of the condition is that your digestive system is very slow. Before knowing of my condition I would go days with bad cramps before a bowel movement.
Even after I was diagnosed and placed on medication all my other symptoms were going back to normal but my digestive track was not there yet. (It probably had been backed up for quite some time). I tried the cleanse more product from renew life and my stomach was back on track at last!!
A few days ago I tried this 7 day rapid cleanse because I was pleased with the results of the other Renew life product.
As other users mentioned you might want day three to happen at home just in case you are more sensitive. But other than that this product was simple to use. After this one I saw my swollen face going back to normal. Some co-workers noticed that. And I did feel more energized.

i just finished this cleanse. it was the first cleanse i've ever done and was really excited about starting it because i have constant, daily constipation problems. you MUST follow the directions perfectly. i made the terrible mistake of missing a days worth of the fiber drink, so stupid, stupid me doubled up on the fiber the next day. I'm still dying from the effects of that - i have constant sharp upper left side abdominal pains, especially when i inhale. it's terrible. what's even more frustrating is that i did drink a ton of water with the fiber and the pills morning and night, and this still happened. i don't know what i'm going to do with this terrible, terrible pain. it's already been 2 days - if you are going to do this cleanse, please don't make my idiotic mistake and drink gallons of water.

I am on Day 6 of the Rapid Cleanse and am extremely disappointed. After reading mixed reviews I expected at minimum to lose a few pounds through eliminations. Since starting the program, I have only experienced a few more minor bms daily but certainly NOT anything I would describe as a "RAPID CLEANSE." I do not feel my body has ridden itself of toxins as the product claims! In fact, without changing my diet I actually GAINED weight!! And I followed the directions exactly. Plus, this is a A LOT of work to go through. The morning pills taste disgusting and the acacia powder does as well. Dissolving the powder in lukewarm in warm water helps (otherwise it forms gross mucusy clumps in cold water) and using a packet of gatorade powder helped disguise the awful taste. The night pills were fine to take, though. What a dissappontment!! I won't buy this again.

I came across this kit on sale at a local organics store and have just completed the 7-day system.
Firstly I must say that curiosity, not need or belief in the system, led me to purchase this product (the sale price helped also).
Secondly, I have very regular bowel habits already. I'm 30 years old, female, of healthy weight, I have no health issues, I don't smoke, don't drink excessively. My diet consists largely of lots of raw fruits and veggies, tofu, whole grains, soy milk, nuts, egg whites, healthy oils, very light dairy, and NO meats/seafood/poultry.
So why did I bother getting this product? I wanted to feel what it did to my body from a healthy person's perspective.
(Note: I agree with the person who was confused about the directions on the 3 numbered bottles (take 1 and 2 in the morning, then 2 and 3 in the evening). It could have been explained a bit better.)
I didn't care for the sensations this product gave me. I got very gassy (not unpleasant-smelling gas, just a lot of it) after the second day. Instead of one flawless (for lack of a better term) BM a day, I was doing it 2-3 times a day - it was slightly messy, and it was preceeded by hours of a rumbling, rolling tummy. When I woke up in the morning, it tasted like I'd been sucking on metal all night. And since yesterday - 1 day AFTER the 7-day system was completed - I have had painful waves ripple through my belly, insisting that I go to the bathroom *immediately*... and the result is NOT pleasant.
I *assume* these adverse effects are due to consuming too much fiber, but time will tell. To be sure though, this was the first and last cleansing experiment for me.
I would have given this product a single star because it seems wholly unnecessary *if you adopt a healthy lifestyle and eat healthy foods*. The program suggests modifying your eating habits, getting more fiber, and drinking plenty of water... which in the end, is ALL you need to do. I bumped it up to a 2-star rating because I think it MAY motivate some people to change their habits, possibly for the rest of their lives, and that is a positive thing.
***But the fact remains: the body is not a glass container that can be filled with poisons, then scrubbed once or twice a year and be called "cleansed".***

If you follow this cleansing program to the letter, you will see results. It's a commitment, however, and I'd be interested to see whether the folks who didn't like it actually adhered to the guidelines. If you're a smoker or a drinker and you STILL do your vice over the seven days, then you probably won't achieve the results you want. This company makes great products all around.
